Assistant to the Vice President

In her role as Assistant to the Vice President, Lori provides a variety of administrative functions in support of operations and services administered by the Vice President for Economic Development and Innovation. She provides high-level administrative support to the Vice President, managing his calendar and coordinating with other offices, staff, and external stakeholders to facilitate the scheduling of meetings and oversight of projects.

As an employee of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign since 2008, Lori has provided specialized administrative and office support for a number of different campus departments and units, including Facilities and Services, where she was responsible for supporting the Director of Capital Construction. Lori most recently coordinated the office of the Applied Research Institute and supported ARI’s Director.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in organizational and professional development from Eastern Illinois University.
